Are you commercially driven, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve sales targets? Fernandes Autohandel N.V. is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to sell vehicles and related products from our diverse brand portfolio.
You will guide customers throughout the entire sales process, from identifying their needs and recommending suitable solutions to completing the sale and coordinating vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and develop sales opportunities
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
- Conduct sales consultations and vehicle presentations
- Advise customers on vehicles, accessories and financing options
- Prepare, negotiate and follow up on quotations
- Manage leads, customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
- Coordinate the sales and vehicle delivery process
- Monitor market developments and identify commercial opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Support sales promotions and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Higher professional education level or equivalent experience
- Two to three years of relevant commercial experience preferred
- Automotive sales experience is an advantage
- Strong commercial, communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused, proactive and results-oriented
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Affinity with vehicles and mobility
- Valid driver’s licence
