At Fernandes Autohandel N.V., we are focused on delivering quality automotive products and building strong, long-term customer relationships. To strengthen our Parts team, we are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative.
As a Parts Sales Representative, you are responsible for actively developing sales opportunities for parts and accessories. You maintain relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities and contribute directly to achieving the commercial targets of the Parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively approach and visit customers to identify sales opportunities and generate new leads
- Maintain and further develop relationships with existing customers
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations and sales orders
- Advise customers on parts, pricing, availability and delivery conditions
- Follow-up on quotations, sales results and sales targets
- Prepare monthly sales plans and contribute to sales forecasting
- Conduct market and competitor analyses and identify commercial opportunities
- Provide input on product assortment, stock levels and customer demand
- Coordinate the delivery of sold parts and accessories
- Handle customer questions and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and ordering recommendations
Requirements:
- MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in an active or field sales environment
- Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset
- Good sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Knowledge of automotive parts is an advantage
- Good analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; experience with automotive management systems is an advantage
- Proactive, persuasive and results-driven
