We are looking for a Parts Sales Assistant to strengthen our operations in Guyana. In this role, you will support the day-to-day sales and operational activities of the Parts Department. You will assist customers and internal teams with parts inquiries, identify and issue the correct parts, prepare quotations, process sales orders, and help ensure smooth workshop support and inventory coordination.

What will you do?

  • Assist customers and internal departments with parts-related inquiries and requests
  • Identify and recommend the correct parts based on customer needs, workshop requirements, or technical information
  • Prepare quotations for parts sales and follow up on customer requests
  • Process parts sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide customers with information on parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Support the workshop and service teams with parts-related requests to ensure smooth operations
  • Issue parts to the workshop based on work orders and operational requirements
  • Ensure correct and timely distribution of parts to technicians and customers
  • Coordinate the delivery or handover of parts to customers and internal users
  • Follow up on back orders and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders

What do you bring?

  • MBO level or equivalent working/thinking level, preferably in Logistics, Administration, or a Technical field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in parts, warehouse, logistics administration, or a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems
  • Knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Exact Globe or similar is an advantage
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented working style
  • Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
  • Proactive attitude and team-player mentality
