At Fernandes Autohandel, you will join a dynamic and growing automotive organization where performance, collaboration, and continuous development are key. As Contract Specialist, you will manage and coordinate service and maintenance contracts within the workshop. You will ensure that trucks and other vehicles are maintained efficiently, while safeguarding contract compliance, service quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service and maintenance contracts and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation, records, reports, and digital and physical files.
- Act as the main point of contact for contract customers and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency work to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Monitor service quality, safety requirements, legal compliance, and agreed performance standards.
- Track contract-related costs, support cost-efficient solutions, and coordinate billing activities.
- Evaluate contract performance, resolve operational issues, and recommend improvements where needed.
Requirements:
- MBO+ qualification or HBO-level working and thinking ability.
- Sound knowledge of automotive technology and preventive and predictive vehicle maintenance.
- Knowledge of trucks and forklift trucks is an advantage.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Strong planning, coordination, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Analytical, organized, solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and able to monitor priorities and progress.
